These Terms of Use apply to The 1961 Supply website and app, operated by The 1961 Supply LLC ("The 1961 Supply", "we"), a wholesale barber-supply distributor based in New York.
Online orders
Our online shop sells made-to-order barber accessories to customers in the United States. Prices are in US dollars. The product page and checkout show your selected size, colors, personalized text, price, shipping, and applicable taxes. Please review these details before paying.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase. Allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping. Our shipping and return policies explain delivery, eligible 14-day returns on unused non-personalized products, final-sale personalization, and the 7-day reporting window for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. These policies do not limit rights under applicable law.
Product previews and personalization
The interactive 3D view is a product rendering. Screen colors and rendered surfaces may differ from the printed material; visible layer lines and small finish variations are normal for 3D-printed products. These descriptions do not excuse defects or incorrect items.
Check personalized text carefully, including spelling and capitalization. Personalization uses Arial Black. On guard holders, the text color matches the magnet plates. Submit only text you have permission to use.
Guard holders include installed magnets and do not include clipper guards. Razor blade dispensers do not include blades. Follow the product information and keep small parts, magnets, and blades away from children.

Google Maps features and content
Our app includes Google Maps features and content. We use Google Places for Shop and address searches, Google Address Validation to check addresses, and Google Maps Embed to display a map of a Shop location.
Use of these Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Address search results, validation and maps help identify a Shop location. Staff explicitly confirm the intended Shop location.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on our website and app, including information involved in Google Maps features.
SMS messages
Our order and account update text messages are covered by the separate SMS Terms. Using our website, app or Google Maps features does not by itself enroll you in SMS messages or provide SMS consent.
