Contact info@the1961supply.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return of an unused, non-personalized product. Customers pay return shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you and refund the returned product to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears.

Personalized products

Products made with personalized text are final sale for change of mind. This does not affect coverage for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please check the spelling, text, size, and colors carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email info@the1961supply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, including any necessary return shipping.

Cancellations and changes

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase. Every item is made to order, so please review your selections and delivery address before paying. This does not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
